Lindbergh Elementary partnered with Tulsa Changemakers and the Tulsa SPCA to host a pet adoption event. Lindbergh families, as well as the rest of the community, were invited to come look at the small group of cats and dogs that were up for adoption in the mobile adoption center.
The participating 4th and 5th grade students helped provide information about the SPCA’s low-cost clinic, as well as fostering and volunteering opportunities. People were also invited to bring donations such as beds, blankets, and food for the animals.
